📌 Registration Closes: 20th July 2026
✅ Booking Confirmation Amount:
₹1,65,000 INR (50% of the total amount) to be paid on or before 20th July 2026.
⚠️ This amount will be submitted towards the Chinese Government Visa processing and is therefore:
• Non-Refundable
• Non-Transferable
• Non-Adjustable
✅ Remaining Balance:
The remaining 50% amount must be paid once the visa is approved, approximately 30 days before the Yatra begins.
✈️ Important:
The package covers all expenses from Kathmandu to Kathmandu for the entire 12 Nights & 13 Days journey.
Flights to Kathmandu and return flights from Kathmandu are not included and must be arranged separately by participants.

💰 Total Cost: $4,000 USD
📌 Registration Closes: 20th July 2026

$2,000 USD (50% of the total amount) to be paid on or before 20th July 2026.
⚠️ This amount will be submitted towards the Chinese Government Visa processing and is therefore:
• Non-Refundable
• Non-Transferable
• Non-Adjustable
✅ Remaining Balance:
The remaining 50% amount must be paid once the visa is approved, approximately 30 days before the Yatra begins.
📍 Package Includes:
All expenses from Kathmandu to Kathmandu for the complete 12 Nights & 13 Days pilgrimage.
❌ Not Included:
• L-Visa (approximately $300 USD)
• International flights to and from Kathmandu
🔹 Participants must obtain the L-Visa from their respective country before travel.

💴 ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
Every participant is advised to carry approximately 4,000–5,000 Chinese Yuan as personal emergency funds.
This amount can be used for:
• Medical or emergency situations
• Personal shopping
• Additional facilities or services
• Unforeseen expenses during the Yatra
